Customer Manager

  • Unlimited number of Sold To, Bill to and Ship To addresses. Multiple Bill To addresses linked to a ‘master’ customer account. Each sale and shipment can be tracked individually.
  • Establish customer credit limits. Credit limit automatically maintained by system.
  • Fields for customer resale ID, NAICS codes (NAICS codes are replacing SIC codes), sales tax, VAT codes and Terms.
  • Establish default shipping methods, carriers (including carriers account numbers) and FOB.
  • Establish transit times for each carrier and method, allowing more accurate customer dock date accuracy (same support for drop ships).
